It's really bone conduction.

I love these headphones. Volume is good. Can answer the phone. I've been listening to music. I have hearing loss in certain frequencies in my right ear. That's how I know it really does travel through my bones. Besides, I can feel it in my sinuses. It's a good thing at a good price.

Ear comfort

These all work well. You have to turn the volume up to maximum to hear it. Vibrate the ear through the speaker. Wish the ears were a little tighter, but still elastic, but I don't think you can have both. Decent equipment.
